01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and up7777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at up7777.cam, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, live dealer products and promotional offers made available through the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

up7777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the contact details held on file. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

02Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

03Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws applicable in your country of residence — whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate or artificial entities are not permitted to hold Accounts).
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or close associate of up7777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling through any self-exclusion scheme that is recognized by the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information and must maintain the accuracy of that information at all times.

04Account Registration & KYC

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, together with the forfeiture of any balances.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested by the Platform. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful and not misleading. The use of pseudonyms, false identities or another person's details is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

up7777 operates a mandatory KYC process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or certain features are made available to you:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Pakistan CNIC, Passport, or equivalent national identity document).
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank account confirmation).
• Source of funds documentation where the Platform reasonably requires it.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request, or provision of fraudulent documentation, will result in account suspension and/or closure with immediate effect.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. up7777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify the Platform immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. References to familiar Pakistan-market payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as context only. These providers do not endorse or affiliate with up7777 unless separately and independently verified.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. The Platform reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players must ensure that all active bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved. Requests submitted prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.

Processing times for withdrawals are determined by the Platform and the relevant payment provider. No guaranteed processing-time commitments are made. Currency amounts referenced in Platform materials are denominated in PKR for illustrative purposes.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

up7777 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls. The Platform reserves the right to delay, withhold or refuse any withdrawal where a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or suspicious activity exists. The Platform may report such activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

06Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentive programmes offered by up7777 are subject to the specific Terms and promotional rules published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotional Terms, the specific promotional Terms shall prevail.

• One Bonus Per Household: Each bonus offer is available once per Player, household, IP address, device and payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotional Terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet, spin or round is set by the Platform (commonly PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per round as an illustrative example). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are set by the Platform and published in the relevant bonus Terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire on the date specified in the applicable promotional Terms. Unused or uncleared bonuses are forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: The Platform reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reclaim any bonus if it reasonably determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these Terms or through abusive or collusive activity.

07Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers and live dealer stakes placed through the Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market type. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with those rules before placing any stake.

• Bets are accepted and settled solely in accordance with the Platform's official rules for each market or game.
• In the event of a technical fault, server error or data feed failure affecting a game or market, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• up7777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, betting market or live event. Availability may change without notice due to technical, legal or operational reasons.
• References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 leagues, football and UFC are made as sports context only. up7777 has no official partnership, sponsorship or affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any participating team or organization.
• Odds and game outcomes displayed on the Platform are provided in good faith. The Platform is not liable for delays, inaccuracies or interruptions in odds data supplied by third-party providers.
• Winnings derived from bets placed in violation of these Terms, or through exploitation of a Platform error, may be voided and reclaimed by the Platform.

08Responsible Gambling

up7777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are available to all account holders and may be activated via account settings or by contacting the support team.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek independent support. up7777 recommends that Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties contact recognized responsible gambling support organizations in their jurisdiction.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering multiple accounts or using accounts registered to third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to access, manipulate or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using Platform funds or transactions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches or loopholes in the Platform's games or betting systems.
• Collusion with other Players or Platform employees to obtain unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks, reversed payment disputes or any attempt to fraudulently reclaim funds that have been wagered.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through the use of a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at Platform staff or other users.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the up7777 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software and brand assets — is the intellectual property of up7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from up7777.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, up7777, its affiliates, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

This includes, without limitation: financial losses arising from gambling activity; losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account; interruptions to service availability; inaccuracies in odds data; or losses arising from changes in applicable law that restrict your ability to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. up7777 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players use the Platform at their own risk.

12Account Suspension & Termination

up7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Suspicious, fraudulent or criminal activity is associated with the Account.
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the Platform's dormancy policy.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory or commercial risk to the Platform.

Upon closure of an Account, any Real Money Balance remaining (after deduction of applicable charges, forfeited bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which up7777 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including Pakistan. Players in Pakistan are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws may impose additional restrictions on gambling activity. Compliance with applicable local law is the Player's sole responsibility. These Terms do not constitute legal advice.

14Changes to These Terms

up7777 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Players via email or on-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
